3. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding purchase order. A binding agreement is only formed upon written confirmation of your order and receipt of payment or deposit as specified in your purchase agreement.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates only. A to Z Containers LLC is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

5. Inspection and Returns

All containers are sold as-is. We strongly recommend inspecting the container at or before delivery. Claims for damage or misrepresentation must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are subject to our return policy as outlined in your purchase agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

A to Z Containers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
